Lead Program Manager (Developer Education) — Grab
Location: Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. Full-time vacancy.
Responsibilities
Lead technical learning resources for Grab engineers, including onboarding materials, developer guides and documentation standards. The work coordinates engineering and platform teams, curates learning pathways, and improves the accuracy and usability of internal technical resources. The role reports to the Tech Learning manager.
Requirements
Applicants should have eight or more years in technical writing, developer education, technical program management or a related field. API documentation, Markdown/HTML, documentation tools and Git workflows are requested. Candidates must explain complex subjects to different engineering audiences and coordinate multiple content tracks. Documentation analytics and AI-assisted workflows are relevant additional experience.
