Senior Solution Specialist, People Systems (Compensation and Core HCM) — Grab
Location: Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. Full-time vacancy.
Responsibilities
Serve as the Workday subject expert for Compensation and Core HCM within Grab’s internal technology team. Work includes configuration, security, reporting, bulk data operations and release testing. The specialist gathers requirements, analyzes gaps and helps resolve system and process issues with People teams.
Requirements
The employer asks for at least five years of Workday experience and hands-on Core HCM and Compensation expertise, including one or two Advanced Compensation cycles or launches. Configuration, business processes, UAT, reporting, EIB and security administration are required. The role is explicitly onsite and reports to the People Systems solution manager.
