Responsibilities

Support project managers with documentation, schedules, meeting arrangements and progress reporting. Responsibilities include recording minutes, tracking actions, maintaining correspondence and filing systems, and coordinating administrative, procurement and logistics tasks across departments. This is an entry-level project administration opportunity under the employer’s Emiratization initiative.

Requirements

This vacancy is restricted to UAE nationals with a valid Family Book. The employer accepts a high-school diploma, diploma or relevant degree and encourages fresh graduates. Microsoft Office capability, organization and English communication are required; Arabic is an advantage.
