Key Responsibilities

• Gather stakeholder requirements and convert business needs into actionable product and technical specifications.
• Coordinate engineering, design, AI/ML and quality teams throughout testing and implementation.
• Assess proposed AI use cases such as intelligent search, document processing and automation.
• Participate in Agile delivery, user acceptance testing and release planning.
• Monitor solution performance, obtain user feedback and recommend improvements.

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, Business Administration or a related field.
• Four years of experience in digital solutions, technology consulting, business analysis or a related function.
• Understanding of AI, LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, software delivery, APIs and system integrations.
• Experience documenting requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and workflows; familiarity with Jira, Confluence or Figma.
